Bones for Genesis requires the Genesis Framework by StudioPress. You'll also need Wordpress to run your Genesis powered site (Duh.). Since Bones for Genesis is a Developer's Tool, I will not be offering any support for it. You can find some Documentation here with a breakdown of how everything works, but since everyone codes differently and will be using each version differently, there's no way to successfully debug each version. Each version is also it's own stand alone purchase. You can save your copy and make duplicates on your own machine, but once you download your copy, that link will be disabled and you will have to re-purchase it to download a new copy.
